The stated arrival window was 9-11am and Gary arrived at around 9:20.  He quickly gave me an estimate and the price was better than any other estimate I had gotten.   He worked on my windows from 9:20 until after 3:30.  Some of this time was in the rain.   He was very aware of taking off his shoes when he entered the house.  He was courteous and quiet.  Both my husband and I work from home and we weren't interupted at all.

The glass looks great and matches the other door beautifully! The installation of the new window was very quick, and they disposed of the old window for us. Best of all, the price was very good.
