The stated arrival window was 9-11am and Gary arrived at around 9:20.  He quickly gave me an estimate and the price was better than any other estimate I had gotten.   He worked on my windows from 9:20 until after 3:30.  Some of this time was in the rain.   He was very aware of taking off his shoes when he entered the house.  He was courteous and quiet.  Both my husband and I work from home and we weren't interupted at all.

"Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. My appt. was scheduled promptly and the owner himself came out to do the estimate. Instead of trying to get every little bit of business he could, he instead showed me how I could do a number of the jobs I had myself, saving hundreds of dollars. He also replaced a screen in a patio door. I called Bruno's for the french door glass, but was going to deal with the window at a later time. When Jose came out to give me an estimate on the glass, he offered a quote on the window as well. The glass required special work because of the beveled design in the glass (Vigro). It took a lot of back-and-forth to get times scheduled for the work to get done, but it was absolutely worth it. The glass looks great and matches the other door beautifully! The installation of the new window was very quick, and they disposed of the old window for us. Best of all, the price was very good. We expected to have to pay a lot more because of the specialty glass. I would recommend this vendor for the high quality and price as long as you aren't in a hurry."
