The stated arrival window was 9-11am and Gary arrived at around 9:20.  He quickly gave me an estimate and the price was better than any other estimate I had gotten.   He worked on my windows from 9:20 until after 3:30.  Some of this time was in the rain.   He was very aware of taking off his shoes when he entered the house.  He was courteous and quiet.  Both my husband and I work from home and we weren't interupted at all.

"Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. My appt. was scheduled promptly and the owner himself came out to do the estimate. Instead of trying to get every little bit of business he could, he instead showed me how I could do a number of the jobs I had myself, saving hundreds of dollars. He also replaced a screen in a patio door. "We bought our home knowing we had to have glass replaced in one french door and a window in the sun room with a broken seal. I called Bruno's for the french door glass, but was going to deal with the window at a later time. When Jose came out to give me an estimate on the glass, he offered a quote on the window as well. The glass required special work because of the beveled design in the glass (Vigro). It took a lot of back-and-forth to get times scheduled for the work to get done, but it was absolutely worth it. The glass looks great and matches the other door beautifully! The installation of the new window was very quick, and they disposed of the old window for us. Best of all, the price was very good. We expected to have to pay a lot more because of the specialty glass. I would recommend this vendor for the high quality and price as long as you aren't in a hurry."

"The end result was excellent. The owner, Jordan, is professional and reliable as well as being a friendly person. They had a crew of 6 or so people finish the work in 2.5 half days. Very competent and pleasant guys. We put in one new window which required punching a hole in the wall, and we found that all the power to the second floor was going through that wall. Jordan quickly found 2 good electricians to rewire all the power upstairs, and the work continued without a major interruption. Three months after the work is done, the windows and patio door are looking and working great. I would definitely hire them again. If you have any issues that the staff cannot resolve, you may want to let Jordan know, and he will find a quick resolution. Highly recommended."
