He also replaced a screen in a patio door. After he left, we noticed the screen was not installed straight, so I emailed the company, and received a call back almost immediately to schedule a time for them to come out and re-do the screen. This is a great company that will take on the smaller jobs relating to window and glass repair that most companies can't or won't do.
