They came out and inspected everything, took a lot of pictures and helped us contact the insurance company to meet an adjuster and straighten out our claim. The claim was fully approved, and our new roof looks great! "This was a fantastic experience. I called BP on a Wednesday to explain what I needed. They offered to come out that day between 3:00 and 4:00 to look at it. Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more."

He also never shied away from any type of work, from drywalling, to framing, to demoing, to painting, to removing wallpaper, to finishing egress windows, to remodeling closets, to installing sinks/countertops/doors/vanities, to even mounting t.v.’s. My wife, toddler, parents, in-laws and I are obsessed with the new basement playroom and “grandparents suite” he created for us and we will continue to call him for routine handiwork or other construction work in the future. I would recommend Ben to anyone."
