Design they came up with was great. Process to get the project going was very straight forward and transparent. They gave me good ideas for direction on best approach to the design with the space limitations. Contract was clear and complete. They helped me purchase all of the materials by going to the stores with me. Their recommendations were perfect after seeing the end result. On my own, I would never had gotten in right. Project manager was very competent and 'can do'. It is an older house and 'issues' were encountered during construction. They were handled very professionally and with no negative consequences to me. They subbed out all of the trades to excellent contractors. I met most of them and I would hire them myself based on the skill level of the work. They custom made the cabinets and they are beautiful and fit very nicely in with the design. The results exceeded my expectations.

I used Craftmasters to do our kitchen design. They were great to work with and really listened to how I used my kitchen and what I wanted. Afterwards, I decided to use them to do the remodel. They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes I got. But it was worth it because you get a dedicated project manager who handles all the details so we didn't have to. Again, great to work with. Kitchen turned out wonderful and every time I am in there I love it more! Especially the cabinets and countertops. Makes a world of difference when I'm cooking!

Craftmasters Remodeling came to my home to give me a quote on refacing my cabinets. The representative and designer that came to my home, took time to listen to what I was looking for. They had a great presentation showing how I could take my project one step farther and do what they called cabinet renovation. The crew that came to do the work were very friendly and professional. Not only were they able to make my old cabinets look new, I was also able to add a couple extra cabinets and organizing components. I absolutely love my new kitchen!

After noticing attic frost, called Craftmasters. They were quick and professional. Installed Blown-In insulation and properly sealed plumbing and furnace stacks, bath vents and can light openings. Reasonably priced, job well done.

Got my attic insulation done. They really knew their stuff and I would highly recommend them. It wasn t the cheapest but It was fair and I would rather pay a little bit more and get it done right than pay later with huge ice damns.

Had insulation done, really helped me understand everything with all the soffits and raftermates. Was a competitive price not the cheapest but I know it got done right. Highly recommend.

If this is not done correctly it could create excess moisture and mold in the attic. I received 3 different quotes and this one was the most expensive, however what was presented to us and what we were able to investigate about the company it was worth the added expense. The team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up very well after themselves. They arrived on time and finished timely. When the city inspector was out he also stated that they did an excellent job. Only one small thing was noted and that was the attic access either needed to be sealed or have a rubber gasket applied. I called and they immediately came out and took care of that. I was very pleased. I highly recommend them. In fact I already have.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Craftmasters Remodeling. We worked with one of their designers Karla who did an amazing job designing our new layout. It took her a couple of revisions, but in the end it was how we envisioned it. Our project manager was Bill and he was very helpful. I had a lot of questions through out the process and he was very knowledgeable. He made sure our house was clean at the end of each day which was important to us because we have small kids. The price was towards the top of our budget but overall I thought it was worth it. They made everything simple, they walked us through every process and the workmanship was top notch. Overall we are very pleased and we do love how it turned out.

Salesperson said they would put a lean on our house if didn't pay right away. Completed work Aug. 17 and came out the 23rd. We told him inspection hasn't been done. He then taped pictures to the door and said they would come soon. He even "called" the inspector number and said that was fine. I did pay him. Sept 4 I called inspector and asked why pictures haven't been picked up and inspection done. He said pictures need to be e-mailed in. Definitely not being ethical.

"There was never a threat to place a lien on your home. The rep stated you would receive your lien WAIVER after the project was paid for. This is standard on all construction projects for all remodeling companies. Our representative should have done a better job of communicating our process.
