"This was to remove yellow jackets under siding. He arrived early and listened carefully to my concerns. He understood my overall concerns. Should the bees be saved? Safety was very important as I am allergic to bee bites. He explained how he would go forward with what tools would use and how. He walked through how he would check and spray first for possible bee sites now and future around the home. Then "smoke" would be used under the siding. After "smoke" he showed the site and strongly advised staying away from it for a day because bees coming out will be very angry and aggressive. If bees appear after two days contact them and they will return. It has been three days without bees returning. The tech was very easy to have a discussion and seemed very well trained in the bee removal."
