I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same.

The engineering plan was somewhat delayed but after that they started the job promptly. The majority of the job was done in one day and the remainder within the same week. Good crew, Good work. Would definitely recommend.

Landson Construction came in as the lowest bidder on the work I needed done and then surpassed my expectations! Ari worked with me to schedule the work around my availability, and sent in respectful, hardworking teams to complete the work. I especially want to shout out to the concrete patio expert, who took an old blueprint from my architect and worked with me to create the perfect patio design based on my current needs and desired landscaping. I've already had people ask me, " Who poured this? It looks great!" Ari was very professional, responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. When I texted him on the last day of work with a concern, he came over and laid down on the ground to get a look at what I was talking about, and then took the time to walk me through the decisions we made and how the system will work together as planned to keep my basement dry. Now that I know that they do more than just waterproofing and concrete, I will keep them in mind as future work comes up, because I trust them to do a great job, and finish on time.

Extremely well - SIX stars out of five! Having moved into our current home, we had a tricky bathroom project that no one wanted to tackle. After a year long search, Landson Construction was recommended as capable, fair, and honest. It's rare to find a company that exceeds expectations for quality and service at a fair price, but Landson delivers. Extremely professional, dependable, timely and helpful! Work was done in a way fast timeframe than we expected, crew was very nice! I would recommend him to anyone considering a remodeling project of any size. He was very responsive from the first phone call, listened well to our wants and needs and made several creative suggestions to help us. He gave us a very detailed proposal and kept us informed each step of the way throughout the project. The remodeling went very well. It was completed on the day it was promised. The quality of work is very good. Now I don't have to worry that there maybe water leak on the wall. Ariel was here everyday to oversee the work; his crews are very professional.

Amazing job. The workmanship so good to match the existing wall and blend so it’s not a noticeable repair. Many neighbors have stopped by and commented on the good job. We were impressed with this contractor’s excellent communication. I would hire them again for any work we need done here at our home.

I highly recommend Lifetime Construction! The communication is great, they came out to evaluate what I wanted done within days of contacting them & had a quote to me within. 24 hours. They were honest about a start date which was 2 weeks out & worked when they said they would (all of which is rare for most contractors). The quality of work is excellent & I couldn’t be happier. Ariel and his team were punctual, responsive, and attentive. We had our fireplace remodeled, and the tile work was excellent. Ariel also installed a basalt slab at the base of the fireplace, and over a counter top for us. The work was high-quality, and I was really happy with the final result. He and his workers were great. I would recommend them to anyone!
