From the initial consultation to finished result everything was top notch! I was kept informed throughout the process and the work was completed on time and in expert fashion. Really very pleased with the whole process.

Bathroom wet space (tub) remodel with Five Star Baths went smoothly for the most part! The transformation is stunning! The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!

Excellent job. Done in one day even after removing existing tub and shower. New wall surround and decking around tub installed. Very professional, meticulous in their work, and cleaned up the area very well when finished. I highly recommend Five Star Bath and will no doubt use them in a future remodel.
