Brian was my initial contact from Randy Lane and was on-time, clear, polite and friendly. Travis was the master plumber who did all of the demolition, design, installation, clean up, and follow-up communication. Travis was very professional and easy to communicate with to answer my questions. The work he did was top-notch and I was very happy with the final result. The office staff was also always friendly and helpful. This was a big job; roughing in a basement bathroom, including breaking the concrete floor to install drainage, installing venting, and running waterlines for a shower, toilet and sink, coordinating the inspection, replacing the cement and cleaning up.
