"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

"They arrived promptly. They knew exactly how to treat the problem. They used high-tech water sensors to fully understand the potentially hidden moisture. They fold up the carpets and they brought in their heavy duty fans and have it in place in 48 hours. They have it dry with no residual mildew or any problems like that and it helped to minimize wall problems and stuff. It was great."

My floors ended up being in worse condition than they had thought when they quoted me a price, and they stuck to their original quote, though they said it would have cost more had they known about the condition of the floors. "UCC came to my home and provided me a free estimate. They were extremely professional and explained everything I needed to know and what system would work best for my floors. I felt they were very honest and treated me with nothing but upmost respect and were very courteous. I was blown away from the work they did.
