The hardwood floors were covered with carpeting for decades, and they were in very poor condition visually: lots of stains, water marks, and imperfections. One of the bedrooms had a waterbed at some point which further damaged the flooring with a terrible X mark. As far as the work goes, it was amazing! The hardwood floors look brand new. They managed to sand out nearly every imperfection. That X mark from the waterbed is completely gone.
