So, that saved me the hassle of coordinating with a carpet guy, as I used a piece of left-over carpet that had been in the crawl space and needed to be cleaned/freshened up as well. I could not be happier. I even left the air conditioning off on a super sticky, hot day and NO cat urine smell. Jeremy was very patient explaining the options and I opted for the more expensive, but still very reasonable option to totally attack the cat urine. He returned my call quickly, was able to come out within a week or two and was very polite and cleaned up after he left. My carpet was soft to the touch when it was dry. "The provider was punctual but seemed to hurry through the job.  They didn't seem interested in looking more closely  at some tough spots and actually told me that there was nothing they could do to help with those spots.  Most carpet cleaners will use some other product or spend extra time trying to get the spots out of the carpet.
