"This is the second time I've hired Jeremy. He is fantastic! I had multiple issues with my carpets and he fixed them all. For the second time (!) he replaced the carpet on one step because the cats had shredded it. Looks great. Was sure to answer all of my questions before he began work, didn't try to upsell me and got all the gross cat urine stains and odors out, plus ink or something in my daughter's room. I was thinking I needed to replace my carpet, but after he cleaned them, I realized they still have life left in them. Would definitely recommend him. Have had other cleaners and he is the best! "The provider was punctual but seemed to hurry through the job.  They didn't seem interested in looking more closely  at some tough spots and actually told me that there was nothing they could do to help with those spots.  Most carpet cleaners will use some other product or spend extra time trying to get the spots out of the carpet.
