I am typically not one to post reviews, but in this case I feel it’s a must. I hired Daisy Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpet and furniture cushions, all of which are a cream color. My overall experience and satisfaction, ie customer service, quality of the work, work ethic, professional and friendly demeanor, by far outshines any previous experiences I’ve had with other companies, and believe me, I feel like I’ve tried them all over the years! Matt and Bryan explained the warranty and guaranteed customer satisfaction, used techniques that had never been done in past cleanings and even came back a second time, after the carpet dried, to work on a very stubborn area that in the past has never come totally clean. In comparison to past results and experiences with other companies, well, there is no comparison, Daisy exceeded my expectations. My search is over, I finally found a quality company who stands behind their work! And out of 5 stars, I give them a 6!

Great cleaning results, but was thrown off by the lack of precaution while in customer’s homes (masks, etc) during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It went very well. Technician Leo arrived promptly on time, was very polite and respectful, and worked diligently. He paid special attention to the dirtier traffic areas and several stains we did not think would come out, but he did get them out. The overall results were excellent. We have used Daisy for a number of years now after trying several other companies that did not perform as well. They have cleaned carpet in out home and rental properties, and have always done a really nice job. We will continue to use them and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

It was a great experience. They were able to come the day I called. We thought the carpet was hopeless, but after cleaning,, it almost looks new. There were 8 dining room chairs which now look as good as the day I bought them and spots on a large off white sectional which are now gone. The 2 guys who did the work were courteous and very professional and nice. We're relieved to have a company like this that we can rely on for future jobs.

Very well - one room plus stairs cleaned and deoderized of new puppy smell smell. A little pricey but worth it.

This is the second year we have used Daisy Carpet cleaning for our living room, dining room and family room. They did a wonderful job; timely, friendly and efficient. All the areas are clean and fresh and stay that way longer than with other providers.

I have used them 3-4 times. I searched the best carpet cleaning, and they had the best reviews. The contact with the workers was fine.

The carpet was clean & fresh overall. Unfortunately, the stains that were treated did return after a few days.

We have used Daisy a few times, and other cleaners a few times. Daisy is the best. The carpets look great, they are quick and professional, and the house smells fresh when they are done!

Same day service which was amazing. Very prompt and courteous technician. Even moved bed to clean carpet underneath. Would definitely use again.

Daisy is the BEST carpet cleaners.  I will only use Daisy Carpet Cleaning because of their expertise and professionalism.  Response to my carpet cleaning request was answered immediately, they updated me on arrival time the day before and 1/2 hour to arrival.  They were quick, on time, professional and explained every step of the process.  I walked through the house with them, showed them some trouble spots and they got to work immediately.  Less than an hour later they were finished.  Don't fall for those 'bargains' on Groupon or LivingSocial....big rip offs and the last time I'll ever do that.  Call Daisy, you will NOT be disappointed.

very highly rated and was disappointed. They were very pricey. When they left their was still spots left on the carpet and the upholstery.They work fast but I feel as though I didn't really need them.

The guys picked up the rug a little later than planned but with apologies for making me wait. Four days later I got a call that the rug would be dropped off early the next morning. It didn't fit into my schedule to be here but I really wasn't given a choice. I changed my plans and made it work. When the guy unrolled the rug it was as it no cleaning had ever happened. The rug never had any visible stains to judge from but it smelled of urine over the spots that needed cleaning. It didn't appear as if any cleaning had happened at all to the rug.  The delivery guy called in and talked to a manager. His initial thought was they could return it and do a more in depth cleaning ($4 per square foot method). When he got off the phone, he said "sign here, you won't be charged" and asked me if I wanted help taking the rug to the garbage and left. There was no further discussion as to if the rug could have been cleaned further for more money. He was very polite and the company did the right thing by not charging me.

The first time they came out the staff was friendly and courteous.  Did a great job initially.  After about an hour I realized the smell from the dogs was still in the house.  I called them and they sent someone out a week later to deodorize and shampoo the same area again.  They just left - it does smell a bit better but still lingering smell.  I will wait until it dries to see if it improves.

It was mediocre. There were still stains but I have not called them back so it was my fault too. The people were pleasant but I've got to call them back because they just didn't do what they said they are going to do. That's All.

When moving an Office Jet Printer, I spilled black ink from the cartridge on my carpet in a number of places.  When the DIY method did not work to remove it - I called Daisy Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.  Through out  the entire process - from the time I first called them to make an appointment to when the crew arrived at the house - they were honest  about whether they thought they could successfully remove the ink.   Removing ink from carpeting can be very difficult and sometimes it does not come out.   When they arrived at the house - we spoke about the problem - they explained again that it may not work to remove the ink and then they  tried their solution  on one spot and the ink came out - looked great.  They continued to work to remove all of the ink and also did one set of stairs for me.   The carpet looks great - all of the ink spots came out.  This company is great to work with; does really good work; are reliable and dependable and are courteous to their customer.  They listen to their customers concerns  and take the time to address them  all.  I highly recommend considering this company when you are trying to complete projects which require their skill set.

Very well. I was pleased with their updates on arrival time as the weather conditions were challenging.  They were professional and well mannered.  Dressed professionally in company logo'd uniforms.  Explained the process and worked quickly and efficiently completing the project in minimal time. 
Carpet looks great.
