Good but the trim work needed to be nailed down better. They used like 3 nails for entire trim so it kept popping up. No big deal but wish I would have noticed before they left. Also when cutting edges they did damage some of the trim that was already there. But fixed it ok

Excellent value, disappointing customer service. Empire installed vinyl plank flooring in my townhouse. They were willing to match a lower quote from a competitor and were able to complete my project in one day. The finished project looks great, but customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. The project involved removing a toilet in one of my bathrooms. The toilet was not reinstalled properly and was leaking from the bottom. I asked Empire to send someone out to correct the issue, and I was told to hire a plumber. I expected better from customer service.
