For the second time (!) he replaced the carpet on one step because the cats had shredded it. Looks great. Was sure to answer all of my questions before he began work, didn't try to upsell me and got all the gross cat urine stains and odors out, plus ink or something in my daughter's room. The house was empty since we had sold the home, so there was easy access for the people doing the cleaning. The wood floors were cleaned, all the carpeted areas vacuumed well, all doors were wiped down, and they cleaned all the bathrooms and the kitchen very well. They cleaned the wood blinds, but do not clean vinyl blinds"
