He returned my call quickly, was able to come out within a week or two and was very polite and cleaned up after he left. My carpet was soft to the touch when it was dry. For $150 + $20 tip per session (1 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living space) I would have expected a little more attention to detail. The team responded well when I asked for more attention to detail (e.g. on the sinks/counters) and it looked better on most recent experience. The crew are very kind -- though PLEASE TAKE OFF YOUR STREET SHOES!!! It feels unacceptable to come into my home and wear your dirty shoes on my carpets."
