He was also able to replace the carpet on one of my steps that the cats had destroyed. So, that saved me the hassle of coordinating with a carpet guy, as I used a piece of left-over carpet that had been in the crawl space and needed to be cleaned/freshened up as well. "The provider was punctual but seemed to hurry through the job.  They didn't seem interested in looking more closely  at some tough spots and actually told me that there was nothing they could do to help with those spots.  Most carpet cleaners will use some other product or spend extra time trying to get the spots out of the carpet.
