"My experience with Performance Floor Coverings was excellent from the first contact to the completion of the work. I needed my 6 year-old carpeting stretched out. It had developed ripples and bulges that were unsightly and potentially dangerous to elderly walkers. Rob and Joe came on a Friday, gave me a very fair estimate and returned the next Tuesday to do the work. They were right on time! They treated my home with care and treated me with respect and humor. The bill was the same as his estimate and the carpet looks terrific. They even cleaned up after their work and vacuumed as well - with their own vacuum. "We called John Nash around 9 am, and he arrived at our house about 3 hours later. He explained that our carpet was delaminating, so he needed to stretch it with the tools he had in his van. We had a carpet bubbling problem, and he fixed that, too. He was here on time, diagnosed and fixed our carpet problem in about an hour. We’ll definitely use him again."
