He was also able to replace the carpet on one of my steps that the cats had destroyed. So, that saved me the hassle of coordinating with a carpet guy, as I used a piece of left-over carpet that had been in the crawl space and needed to be cleaned/freshened up as well. I could not be happier. I even left the air conditioning off on a super sticky, hot day and NO cat urine smell. He returned my call quickly, was able to come out within a week or two and was very polite and cleaned up after he left. My carpet was soft to the touch when it was dry.
