"The boiler at the Lansing Woman's Club died on December 7, 2021. Mike from Miles Plumbing and Heating was the only one of 4 contractors to actually take pictures of our old boiler and send them to his supply person on-the-spot. Within 24 hours he had a new unit located. The price was competitive. Within 10 days the new unit had arrived from New York and Mike and his team set about removing the old boiler, taking care to protect all the flooring material at the clubhouse. The entire crew was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous in answering questions about boilers in general and this installation specifically. Despite all of this happening over the Christmas and New Year's holidays, Miles had the new system up and running on January 5, 2022. Our club is profoundly thankful and grateful to Miles Plumbing and Heating for the quality work they did, and would recommend them without reservation."

"These guys make you pay $200 before they will even talk to you. Then they make you pay 20% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT . Then as things move along, they will inform you of certain things, like making a diagram of the area that they say, needs to be detailed and you can do it yourself, but they will not give you any assistance of what the county needs. So, they offer to do it for you for $500. Makes it sound like its difficult. I paid them the NON REFUNDABLE $500 and they sent me the diagram to approve before sending it to the county. Its a Google Map view with a few different shading areas and a few numbers on it. Probably too about 10 minutes to make. Then, after all is said and done, they want the balance paid upon the arrival of the one person that will dig the pond before he even starts. I changed my mind because it was taking way too long and the permits are just crazy. They know people change their minds. Thats why the make you pay up front all the NON REFUNDABLE money. "I needed my older automatic pool vacuum repaired and was afraid it would not be fixable. I sort of ranted awhile at the repair team (Dusty or Justin) and they patiently let me carry on. Then they repaired my vacuum and it works better than before! Sorry for taking my bad day out on them but I’m guessing they are used to people getting repairs being less than ideal."
