Very nice when the sales person came out. Told me it would be six weeks out. After I gave them the deposit on a Friday he said he would call Monday with the project date. I had to call him on Wed. He called back and the proj moved back 4 months after they cashed my check. Then got an email two weeks later pushing it back another month. I called and told them the date they gave did not work. Their response was they were going to put a note on my file. Have a big down payment and Iâ  m not sure the proj will get completed.

After signing the contract the rep called a week later to say he forgot to include the cost of the building permit. The three-day option to cancel had expired. He verbally quoted an additional amount of $430. Yet, the actual permit costs $65. They have not done the work as their scheduling only allows a scheduled appointment during mid-September. The contract was signed during the 3rd week of July. The work has nothing to do with my foundation. Instead, it will be a complete replacement of my sump pump and well.

The System Design Specialist (SDS) did not provide all details regarding the project (ie. the use of a jack hammer). On the day the project was to begin, I received a detailed explanation from the project foreman that raised concerns regarding potential damage to the surrounding work area. Because of the detailed project description provided by the project foreman, which was not initially disclosed by the SDS, I cancelled the project and requested a return of my full deposit. Ayers Basement Systems informed me they will not return my deposit

Rebecca (sales agent) acknowledged the provided were not those she and I discussed at the time of signing and down payment. She spoke on speaker with me and your worker while the job was being completed and promised an adjustment to the cost. The job originally quoted was for a slotted drain pipe with a surrounding thick sock, and a forked drain (I think it was called?). We even discussed how your pipe was patent pending. Ultimately the pipe installed by your workers was a simple PVC pipe and bubble pot. Rebecca acknowledged that she made a mistake and did not pass on the message to the workers. She said she would â make this right. No adjustment to the cost was made after numerous attempts to contact you.

Ayers was great to work with! Before even coming to the house, they sent a booklet regarding their systems so that we could do our own research. When Donny arrived, he inspected our basement and made several recommendations, taking the time to explain why he suggested each option over others. When the crew arrived for installation, PJ took the same time and care explaining their process and answering our questions.

This company is an absolute horror show. Came to our house to install the basement system. The crew hit the gas line during their installation of a new window well and sprung a leak on the mainline. Proceeded to cover this up with tape and not informing us. An alert neighbor found it and the gas company had to come out with multiple trucks to replace the line. The company refuses to take responsibility or even return calls. You should avoid these guys at all costs, they are negligent and apparently have no interest in the safety of their customers.

The guys that did the work were polite and did a pretty good job. The problem is they tore up my yard, retaining wall, used inferior products, tore up my basement steps, did not repair them, ruined the drain pipes in the concrete basement floor that the washer and dryer and utility sink flow into. Now I have thousands of dollars in repairs, and I have to have another company come in and completely redo their work.

They installed a heavy duty sump with battery back-up, drainage around perimeter and center of basement and a dry well in back yard. They also patched cracks in floor. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, and the place was immaculate. I thoroughly recommend them!

Drilled through new siding when not necessary, came back to fix after I complained, but left me to fix the mess. After $14,000 service, water in the basement was never coming in before. Yes $14,000 was to fix the issue I had with the portion of the basement, they said would fix my problem. Sump pump runs more than it ever did before the fix. I have a pond in my back yard thanks to the fact they run the new drain like 10 ft from the house. NEVER said this would be such an issue!

Crew worked very fast, completed our project in 1.5 days. System has worked well throughout the last 9 months including very heavy rainfall days. Our basement is dry, and we can go out of town without having to check the weather forecast to see whether I must stay home instead and dry-vac the basement.
