Steve and his crew, Rick and Joey were so efficient and did a great mold remediation and blown insulation. Rick and Joey cleaned up the mess of removing old insulation and making sure the attic was good and clean to put down new insulation and blow insulation into the attic. They also found that my crawl space had no barrier between the dirt floor and the house, so I hired them to take care of that. Steve and his crew made us feel like we were very important customers. Jessie, Director of Client Services, is so great with scheduling the crew in a timely manner. She will also remind you when to expect the crew and who the crew is by sending you their picture and name. I highly recommend Your Home Solution Experts.

Steve is knowledgeable and credible. He educated us about heat leaks in our crawl space after his inspection. He spent a good deal of time with us answering all of our questions. He is personable and professional. We had two other insulation people before Steve. One spent no time with us and the other one did not know what the problem was. Both were more expensive. The men who came to do the job were friendly and professional . The job was done in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Steve and his team did an excellent job on our project, which included adding insulation to our attic spaces, sealing the attic and basement, removing old insulation in the basement, and treating the basement for mold. Steve helped us feel comfortable and confident about the work that needed to be done to the house. Joe and Rick did excellent work on the project, which was completed quickly. Would work with again!

I was told that they would spray and take care of the mold problem and the 2 guys that showed up stated that that was not on there work order. They also stated that the spraying might not take care of the mold if I didnt get a new roof done. They also left a big mess in our house.

"Mr. Dalman, For the mess that was not cleaned up I do apologize. I would be happy to hire a cleaning company to take care of the dust that was left. As far as the roof. After inspection, and acknowledgment from you, we agree that you desperately need a new roof. YHSE even provided a roofing company to come a inspect a quote. Your current insulation was compressed due to water entering your attic. While we can both agree that your roof is your main concern, we will honor our recheck policy and retreat as needed over the next year. Again, I am sorry for any trouble this has caused."

I was very impressed with their rep Steve Fitch. His explanations of the insulation process were clear and concise. I did not feel like I was being sold something but rather investing in a service that would benefit my family’s comfort year round, reduce energy costs and help the environment. After doing extensor research on contractors and what to expect, Steve checked all the boxes. I also appreciated the fact that he did not disparage his competition, or any of their methods or products.
