Previous plumber left job botched. Called and Brad was here the next day and repaired the toilet. Great work and Brad was exceptional to work with. So happy we called them and got the job done so fast even though it wasn't an emergency. The work and price were way less than two other companies told us was needed but it was not. Scamming senior citizens?

We canceled.  went with someone closer to us. I have had no complaints about Mich. Plumbing and have hired them in the past. They do good work but are pricey,  so I went with a local guy. He did a great job and was over $100 cheaper.

The service was prompt and courteous. The price seemed a little on the high side. Something changed in the operation of the system in the first couple of weeks after the work was done. We just called to have this concern followed up. A follow up service call has been scheduled. We are awaiting the service call and the technician's analysis and remedy of the concern.

We are so impressed with Michigan Plumbing and have already made recommendations to family and friends to contact them when needs arrive. They called to let us know the tech was on his way and arrived within 10 or 16 minutes of that phone call. He reviewed the situation and gave a recommendation and a reasonable quote. My husband and I were able to do the job ourselves, and feel that the company is honorable (which is not often the case in this day and age) and that their interest was in our situation. I am definitely calling them every time a plumbing situation arises.

Joe my Tech that did the work was very good he told me everything he was doing. He had to replace my vanity faucet and replace both turn off valves. He also Had to pull my toilet and replace the wax ring as it was leaking.
