Poor craftsmanship and unlevel concrete in the garage and driveway causing water to go tords the house. The issue was taken to small claims court where mata insisted that the concrete had wire mesh embedded a year later the concrete was cut out and no mesh was found.

The same make and comparable size model water heater at Lowes was priced over $1000. I had 3 plumbing companies quote on the work, which was done at no cost. Plumbing Works - Rocky was the lowest bidder. One local (to me) company quoted $2900. Another larger firm from Lansing quoted about $250 more than Rocky. Both of those companies were going to put in the make and model they represented versus the current one. One company, Meridian stated they would give me a quote but it would cost $$$ for just doing it, I declined to do that"

"Had them come out for a fluctuating water pressure. They came to the conclusion that it was my pressure tank. I had them put it in 4 years ago so it was under warranty. Still cost me $750 for labor under warranty to put in a new one. WOW. They said the old one was no longer available so they tried to get me to pay the $197 difference between the old tank and new one. I voiced my opinion and they did cover the difference. Fast forward 2 days and the problem is still not fixed. Water is still fluctuating and I’m out $750. Was it the tank really?"

I called them and was given no explanation other than they decided everything was to be replaced with new items. I use my lakehouse about three to four weeks in the entire year! I was told I would be called with an explanation. No one has called. I think this group assumes they have a relative monopoly and can ignore customer service. I will no longer use them and I have heard similar complaints from my neighbors."
