"Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how RainSoft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single-unit RO system in the kitchen, which we have used for years, was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. Chris showed up in the first half of the 4 hour time window I was given. Once again, friendly and professional service. Tested water flow to confirm the issue, then snaked out the drains and had me run multiple wash cycles tub draining to ensure no issues."
