Best mold testing and remediation specialists near Jackson, MI

"Worth it! Iâ d had a nasty moldy odor in several rooms of my home for several years. Iâ d had the windows replaced and the basement waterproofed, but the smell persisted so I called Air Envirosolutions. Their mold remediation team tested my home and found several areas of mold, they identified the specific types of mold, and they made recommendations for remediation. Over 3 days, they successfully cleaned the mold off surfaces, replaced any wood that could not be cleaned, and sanitized the entire house. They also made recommendations for ways to keep mold from forming again. Throughout this all, the company was very professional and reliable - they showed up when expected, returned calls and texts promptly, thoroughly explained the mold tests and procedures, and they were very respectful of my home and possessions while doing the remediation. I also appreciated that they never pressured me into agreeing to a procedure I didnâ t want. It has been 3 months since the mold remediation and my house shows no signs of mold odors. Iâ m very happy with their service!"

"If you’re looking for a pro to help you with mold issues, I can’t recommend SGS enough. When I discovered the toxic effects mold was having on my health, I couldn’t believe it. I researched and did my homework to understand mold and how to effectively remediate. I was shocked to find that I knew more than most “mold restoration” companies out there and how unregulated it is in Michigan. I sought out true professionals and that’s how I found SGS. They know their stuff, go above and beyond, communicate effectively and efficiently, take the necessary steps, and have helped us through home inspections and remediation support. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. SGS services were higher in cost but that’s because they actually do what is needed to remediate the problem and not make the problem worse like many companies do (which end up costing more in the long run and have health consequences). I’m so grateful that SGS does what they do!"

"The persons I spoke with were very helpful in explaining the mold and were open for any question. I will highly recommend these companies."

"Very professional, and helpful. I needed the mold removed fast and they were able to switch their schedule around to get it done in two days. Would definitely recommend their company."

"Jim responded immediately after I submitted the request for an air quality test and was able to go to the house the same day to collect the sample. We got the results in a few days which was faster that I expected. He was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout and also sent videos at every step explaining what everything meant. Highly recommend!"

"I would highly recommend them for all your mold restoration needs. Steve was very nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I felt comfortable with them moving forward on my crawl space mold remediation and restoration project along with the work that the guys had done! It looks 100x better and safer!"

"Exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Mike came out to my home for a possible asbestos/mold issue and it showed he knew what he was doing. He determined everything was clear and of no risk, which eased a lot of worries. Although I did not need to hire him for the job, I'd greatly recommend GGSG for any inspection or removal that needs to be done. Thanks again Mike."
