We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high. "Very prompt response. Steve and his helper arrived at our home same evening within 20 minutes of call prepared to do the job. Steve did a thorough evaluation of the problem we were having. He gave us two options and we chose to buy a new sump pump. He purchased the new pump and cleaned out the area for installation. He did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up everything afterward all within a couple hours (counting the time it took to purchase the sump pump at Home Depot).
