"Max and Taylor were awesome to work with! They came out to remove a big tree in my front yard and did stump grinding too. The whole crew was super friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish — great communication, fair pricing, and just really nice people to work with. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done! We will be using Big Lake Tree Service again in the future! Thank you."

"Company was very fast to contact, great communication. Did service on my tree very promptly. Very satisfied."

"The Drop Zone team was priced very comparable to 2 other quotes I received, they were able to schedule the tree removal 3 weeks earlier than the other quotes. The workers showed up on time, cut down the tree and other branches from a nearby tree that were hanging over my roof, protected my lawn and landscaping, did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site, and were personable to deal with."

"Erick and his team did a wonderful job. They got the job within a day ."

"Adam is very professional and performed everything as promised."

"Response time was immediate Professional Easy to work with Great job Timely Met all my expectations"

"Andy is awesome. Very personable, professional, on time, reasonable prices, and was able to help me with a drainage issue, tree trimming, and tree planting. I already have him ready to go in the spring with a variety of other projects....creating raised bed gardens, more trees and a stone path around the house. We really hit it off and had some great conversations while he was here. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!"
