"We closed on a house in January that needed some work on the plumbing. The sump pump didn't work, and the washing machine drained into the laundry tub, which drained into the nonworking sump pump. Hedlund arranged that, which involved tracking down a contact person and getting someone to meet Brian at an appointed time. At every visit, Brian and the other plumbers were prompt, courteous, and tried their best to avoid making a mess of the floors, since this was all happening in the winter with plenty of snow, salt and slush to get tracked in. All in all, it was about as painless as something like this could be.

"On Friday october 11 Aspen came out to perform a check up and tune up on my furnace. I bought the 69 coupon through Angies list. it was during this check up that I found out I had a crack in my heating element and my furnace had to be shut off. A representative came out that same day and went over the options for replacements. It turns out they had a special going on and I was able to get an extremely top of the line system I which included an Amanda system with a hepa filter, humidifier, uv light and a heat pump. So both my furnace and ac unit got replaced. They came out on Tuesday while I was at work and when I got home that evening they were finishing up.they were very professional, polite and cleaned up before they left. The unit works great and I no longer have hot or cold spots, the house is now an even temperature. They also included a comfort care plan where they come out twice a year and get your furnace ready for winter and your ac ready for summer. I definitely got my money's worth
