"I had a crack and large leak in my main lawn irrigation line and went on here to try to find someone who could fix it fast as my grass was starting to die. Mo was the first person to respond to my query and very quickly reached out to me within minutes of putting through my request. He was polite and knowledgeable and after sending him a few photos of my issue he said he knew exactly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair repair cost and he offered to come out to do the repair even though it was on a Sunday. When he arrived he spent the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and about how long it would take. After thoroughly completing the repair he even took the time to answer some other questions I had about my system and also helped me adjust some of my other zones to make them work better. "Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects.
