He was polite and knowledgeable and after sending him a few photos of my issue he said he knew exactly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair repair cost and he offered to come out to do the repair even though it was on a Sunday. When he arrived he spent the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and about how long it would take.
