Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. "I'm not sure this is the correct place for this review - we did use Benjamin Franklin plumbing, but it was their Howell, MI location. We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high. With this said, we'll definitely be calling and requesting Kevin for future plumbing issues."

"Extremely well! We now have an efficiently working A/C system instead of the old one that, evidently, was only pumping the slightly cooler air from the basement up into the rest of the house. All is working very well after a week or more of use.
