Our meeting with Tim was on 8/3/16 our walk in tub was put in on 8/22/16. The workers were on time they treated our home like their own home. They put runners down so our carpet did not get dirty, when they finished the job my bathroom was as clean as it was before they arrived. This is a family owned business and they made us feel like family. Any home improvements will now be done by Atlas home Improvement."

There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which I have had issues with regarding other contractor projects). The replacement took about 2 hours from start to finish and we have had hot water without issue since.
