Hot Tub or Spa Repair or Service
This was one of the worst experiences in my life!! After After 6 weeks of horrible communication I still have no tub I followed up with a certified hot tub tech who informed me that due to the fact my hot tub is sunken into the floor there is no access to the control box. You CANNOT change out a heater without access to this box. Pool 2 Perfection should have known this. They never should have charged me for parts that are not properly connected to the control box because they will never work. Now I an out $855 and still have a non-functioning hot tub. He does not know what he is doing and should have never agreed to service the Hot Tub. Now he will not even respond to me. I offered to pay the service call and he can come and get his part that is of no use to me.

"Goodmoring yes we came out 4x ! Came the 1st time for a service call she said there were leaks under her hottub wso we came out saw that there was corrosion around her heater and few other spots and heater was leaking from corrosion and calcium build up, so we order another heater replaced it, customer called said it was not working order another one replaced it again so we stayed to see if we was going to have the same problem which we did so then we got to diagnosing other part because there no way 2 brand new heater can be the problem so dug deeper its the board, customer did not want to move forward fine! We charge her one service call we been there 4x only charged her once she still have the brand new heater on there she already disputed charges and got the money held, see im fair but your not going to cheat us because there more issues you called us out for a leak we stop the leaks and replaced what was leaking we never ran her hottub to know if it ever functions properly from start because it was leaking and that problem is fixed! Now far as professional coming out they never did she called and ask them questions and asked me also! Again my heater is properly installed my job is done I came out multiple times to resolve the issue that's not free and I have to pay my helper by the hour and drive 45min to her house im far from being the problem im actually losing money trying to be fair, you cant bring your car to shop tell them your starter went out and then there another issue after the starter was replaced because the starter was bad! You still have to pay for the service provided even tho there other issues! Again im fair so if she can get a actual person on site to tell me and take pictures of what I installed is inproper and not hooked up i will proudly give a refund, not one person ever said anything like this and I have been using you guys for 2yrs now! Perfection is correct! Antonio texted me minutes after I submitted my request on a Sunday! Came out next day when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem and found the part needed. Went to pick up the part and came back within an hour and fixed it in the dark! Friendly and personable. Highly recommended!

I am so please with this company! They reached out just after I put in the request and were able to come same day. The pool was in rough shape from over the winter and they did amazing work. I couldn't believe what a great job was done. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
