I am extremely pleased with the work done by Mike of McDaniel Maintenance. He sanded, primed and painted a steel front door that was pealing that and had rust spots. Also sanded and painted the surrounding trim. He also replaced blinds over the kitchen sink. And wired a ceiling light to replace a bathroom fan. Mike was polite, professional and cleaned up the areas nicely. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend McDaniel Maintenance. It is great to to find a company who is willing to do small jobs. If we are in need of a handyman that will be who we call.

They were quick, on time, and the work was excellent. Everything was done perfectly. I think he could have done a better job cleaning up the dust after the drilling, and he left the boxes on the floor.

He came first thing in the morning and worked all day on our Bathroom remodel . Excellent work. Cleaned everything up when he was done and hauled it all away. Call these people if you need any handyman services done you won't regret it.
