Kinetico CGC Water Treatment & Plumbing is a 4th generation family business begun over 70 years ago. Kinetico CGC Water has expanded to represent multiple manufacturers, including the ultra-efficient, non-electric Kinetico water systems, serving customers in Georgia, Florida and Michigan. We pioneered the installation of automatic water softeners on well water. We were the very first Kinetico dealer ever. We were the very first to offer the new non-electric water treatment system over 30 years ago and have grown to become one of the largest Kinetico Dealer in the United States. Cleaned up my pipe routing and put in new shut off valves, I switched over to city water from pump, water softener ect years ago and old valves were leaking. He also secured my water lines to help with the hammer shock making my pipes clang.

I called to get pricing on a routine sewer scope which they told me would be $75. I made the appointment and once they were in my home they let me know it would be $295. They put their customers, and employees in a terrible position with their bait and switch tactics. I?m left wondering if I can trust the results CGC provided.

Mark came out to our home to test our water and review the water softener systems available. He was very professional and did not pressure us in any way. He was very responsive to a follow up question. Colton installed our system the next week and he also was a very professional and pleasant individual to work with. We've had the system up and running for 5 days now. What a difference! I highly recommend this company.
