"Carroll Mechanical delivered a 10/10 experience, from start to finish. From the first call, the Carroll Mechanical team demonstrated that they were knowledgable, ethical, and customer-first. First, they offered to help me troubleshoot, and they gave me some great tips that allowed me to try and fix the problem myself before they made a service call.
