"After signing a contract on a Monday for a specific brand of heat pump they texted me Thursday morning, 24 hours prior to installation to announce they were changing the brand being installed. After a number of calls I had to agree to a substitute brand. Otherwise they told me it would be 4 weeks to get the original brand."

"I used Regal Duct Cleaning today. Our home is 60+ years old. We have only lived in it for 20 months and there was more dust, dirt and webs than I had ever imagined. Julius and his crew arrived at the scheduled time. He was extremely professional. We went from room to room looking at every every vent, cold air return. You should flush your AC drain line once every three months to keep it clear of debris and buildup.
