Regal Duct Cleaning

I used Regal Duct Cleaning today. Our home is 60+ years old. We have only lived in it for 20 months and there was more dust, dirt and webs than I had ever imagined. Julius and his crew arrived at the scheduled time. He was extremely professional. We went from room to room looking at every every vent, cold air return. His crew worked for five hours, cleaning the ducks, dryer vent and installed a UV light. I highly recommend Regal Duct Cleaning . I will definitely use them again! To see the before and after pictures was a real eye opener. Great Job!

This company really impressed me when they offered to come over immediately after I contacted them. After giving me the “Angi’s quote, they were ready to do the job as soon as I agreed. They were very competent, did a very thorough job, and cleaned up after themselves. I requested and received videos of the process and the office and the workers were very kind and professional. I would recommend Regal Duct Cleaning without reservations!!

Good stuff, thorough job

Be very careful with this company. They'll try to draw you in with the mailer ads, then charge you with the deep cleans, and several upsells which they really push on to you. Initially, we hired them because of the ad we received in the mail for $125 for the whole house duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning special. When they arrived, they said we needed a deep cleaning and it would actually be $1,008. After cleaning for about an hour, they came back to me and said they really recommended the anti bacterial treatment, which was going to be another $300. Come to find out, this is just a spray. So we opted for the deep cleaning and the anti bacterial treatment. Then towards the end, they really pushed for the UV Light system for our HVAC for another $500. We declined the UV option. So all in all, we spent $1,308 for the cleaning. We thought the pricing was a little high, so we checked with some neighbors. To our surprise, they said they used another company with the deep cleaning AND the anti bacterial treatment for only $399. To the management at Regal: if you really want to do the right thing, you should refund the difference between what you charged us vs $1,308 vs what other companies are charging for the same exact service $399. $1,308 for about 2.5 hours work? Do you realize you're charging over $500 per hour?

Fast, efficient, and thorough. Great value and friendly service technicians. Julius was courteous, very helpful, and accommodating of my time crunch.

Julius, Israel and another crew member arrived on time and gave me the estimate as well as they shared the pictures of my neglected system. They worked on both my homes and did a very thorough job of cleaning the ducts. They were efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. I will hire them again!

I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. These guys are awesome and I will definitely be using them for sanitation and maintenance cleaning going forward. Great customer service and job more than well done. Highly recommended.

Hi! Regal Duct Cleaning is great! Julius was super helpful, professional, and explained everything they proposed to do. They arrived at the beginning of my 3 hour start time window which was great. They called when they were about 45 min out so I had plenty of lead time. They checked the whole “air quality” system and gave me a detailed quote before starting the work. They reminded me that the mechanical system also needs to be checked regularly by an HVAC company. I now understand the difference between the two services, what time of year to do each, and how often. They showed me photos of my system before so I knew what they were recommending for cleaning. They showed me photos of my cleaned out system. They gave me easy tips to keep the system at its best between annual cleanings. They were super careful with my things snd came prepared with booties and had them on before I could even get anxious?. So, no rolling up rugs or mopping up winter-time sidewalk salt and water.

The crew arrived on time and explained everything that needed to be done. They were polite and friendly and completed the job. We are happy with the results.

Julius was very helpful, and walked me through everything before he started; he actually would show me certain things like before and after pictures of the vents, and had me watch when he cleaned out the dryer line so I could see what came out.
