If I could I would rate this company with zero stars. I signed up for the annual service plan in March of 2025. I paid the fee and as of today July 1st this company has cancelled or was a no show for 4 separate appointments. These are 4 days that I took off of work to be present for my appointments that I can?t get back which I explained to their representative after each cancellation. You would think after 2 cancellations they would prioritize my 3rd appointment but they didn?t. The first 3 appointments the excuse was the tech was sick which I wasn?t told until after my service window passed. The 4th was the truck broke down after my service window passed. They are clearly trying to run the clock out and not provide a service we while taking my money. When I requested a call to discuss the matter no call back. So as of now this company has my money but has not honored their side of the contract. I?ve requested a refund as it is clear that this company doesn?t value me as a customer

After getting a reasonably priced HVAC tuneup, which they did a much better job than the other vendors that I’ve used before, they found a motor that was on its last legs, and they arranged to purchase it from the original manufacturer and they replaced it in a prompt and efficient manner. Would be glad to give anybody an excellent. . Would be glad to give anybody a excellent recommendation for Jason and his services.

Fast, courteous and thorough service on a steam boiler that needed some refurbishment.

Excellent experience from initial call at office, then technician (SOL) showed up prepared and educated. Sales representative was prompt and worried about the well being of my family. Save yourself the calls and hire this company

Their technician Jason Lord was a true professional. Not only was he proficient and highly skilled at his craft but was a true professional with his customer service skills. It is very rare to have both qualities of mechanical skills and customer service expertise. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC repair.

It was a bit pricey. The jobs have not be done yet but they are scheduled next week. I did get more services than I expected but I know this home needed some TLC. So I am satisfied with this company.

Great service at a great price. We got a commercial grade hot water heater, installed at a amazing price. The technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

Ok, A little bit expensive

Was charged DOUBLE what a normal call would cost,i know this because i had someone come by and look to see what was wrong as it still wasnâ  t fixâ ¦this is no more than a scam. 50.00 to book and then i was charged â  the cheapâ  version of just adding Freon lb and half and it was 550.00. So 600.00 for 2 hours is a SCAM!!! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!

They are good at what they do.

They were awesome! After another company failed to show up, I called late in the day and got an appointment for the next day. They kept me updated on when they'd arrive, fixed the problem promptly, gave me suggestions about further recommendations (but were never pushy), and were up front about cost. I'd definitely hire them again!

The service was great. He explained everything and took care of my problem.

They were very communicative from estimate to completion. The tech was on time and courteous and completed the work in one day.

Maurice Eben came by and was very helpful and thorough with checking my ductless mini-splits to diagnose their issue. He had plenty of suggestions f9r solutions and was not pushing at all. I highly recommend him and At Your Service, they will certainly be my go to in the future.
