"We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day. I called several companies, only to be told it would be a day or two before they could service our system. I was on the verge of sending everyone home, because the fans I purchased, just weren't doing the trick. Then, I called Paramount. Alan was at our offices within the hour. He determined it was a fan motor, and after a short trip to his office, had the new fan in hand. He also recommended replacement of a capacitor that he deemed to be on it's last leg. I figured he'd have to run to his shop again to get that, but he showed me a Full Stock of parts he had in his van. I'm in the Service Industry, and I have to admit I was impressed how stocked and organized his truck was. I was expecting a high bill, due to the response time and having to run back to his shop for fan. I was somewhat shocked how reasonable the bill was, and even added a little extra!
