poor customer service. service manager insulted me, called me derogatory names while defaming my character. when all I was looking for was for someone to right a wrong. I was actually looking forward to them coming to look at my furnace and was hoping to find a trusted company but was given the complete opposite of what I expected. first no one called me with an update, I had to call, then no one showed by 5pm after I waited patiently all day during their 8-5 window. finally at 5:10 i reached out again only to be met with an after hours line that couldn't help me at all. once I spoke to SM, he insulted me, called me derogatory names and defamed my character all because I was understandably upset for being "brushed off" by everyone I had come into contact the entire day and given excuse after excuse with no solution that was going to benefit me. Customer service and professionalism are lacking 100%

Gave a fair price, no pressure sales tactics, good install with the same model numbers as quoted.

Changed the brand of heat pump to be installed 24 hours before installation with no prior notice.

We had an Annual Maintenance performed. Tino was very thorough and very neat (wore shoe covers while in the home). He did not push additional maintenance or repair, but explained thoroughly and provided a quote for later.

After signing a contract on a Monday for a specific brand of heat pump they texted me Thursday morning, 24 hours prior to installation to announce they were changing the brand being installed. After a number of calls I had to agree to a substitute brand. Otherwise they told me it would be 4 weeks to get the original brand.

Arrived on time, did a simple cost-effective repair, and showed me everything that he did and why. It is great to work with local professionals

They are very professional and answered all my questions. Replaced furnace and all piping in 2 1/2 days.

Replaced old HVAC system. Very knowledgeable team that provide competitive and comprehensive solutions. Great customer service and were in and out in one day with quality workmanship. We couldn t be more pleased!

Well greg was not good with communication. The workers would be here then I would have to call to see when they were coming back. I was told I would get duct cleaning and did not.i have no contact with Greg and no explanation other then he did not say it was included the installer and the dispatcher were great I mean the best. Greg after we sign contract it was a done deal he did not care one bit.

They came within an hour and quickly identified and fixed the problem.

The experience started off great with the salesperson Greg, but as soon as I signed off on the paperwork, everything went south. It took over a month for the air condition unit to be installed and over a month and a half for the furnace to be fully installed. I also ordered a cage for my unit, I had to wait over a month for the cage to be installed. I asked Greg who would be responsible for the unit being taken since the cage that I had ordered was not installed. He started well, We hope that does not happen Repeated calls, texts, and voice messages to Greg went unanswered. At one point I called and did not get an answer and had my mother call immediately after and he answered. When they would finally send someone out, I would get alerted when the techs arrived with no communication, so I would miss them as I would be at work when they arrived and did not know to make proper arrangements. In the time from the drop off of the equipment to when It was finally installed, there was a large hole that was left unfilled from the installation of the hose that would have allowed large rodents or snakes to enter my home. The old furnace was also left in my home for over a month. After contacting the company repeatedly throughout the month of August, including while I was overseas on vacation, they finally sent someone out to complete the job. I told them that I wanted to revisit the price because of the poor service. This was never addressed. I would not recommend this company due to poor service and unprofessionalism.

They live up to their name "Amazing"... We would use them again without question!!!

We are very pleased with our unit and with the service. We had some mix up on the install date but was able to work that out easily. We needed a little extra work done afte the installation and Amazing took care of that in a timely manner. The service man was quite thorough and knowledgeable, with excellent people skills. We would highly reccomend Amazing Heating and AC, Inc.

Completely satisfied with the work that was done by Amazing Heating and Air. They were prompt and clean. You'd never be able to tell that any work was done because they left the area as clean and neat as before.

They were very informative and covered all aspects of the furnace & a/c replacement. Their prices were comparable and ranged in the low to middle range.
