Ductz of the Upper Bay Region cleaned my ductwork today. The team was professional and friendly. The cost was stated in advance as a firm price and not an estimate. They took before and after pictures which I found very helpful. The owner and his team went above and beyond to suggest ways that I can best maintain my A/C system to minimize the need for cleanings in the future. I recommend them highly.

Great job, no surprises. The crew arrived right on time, worked steadyly and efficiently, finished on time, were polite and friendly. We had no concerns with them being into all of our home. Good care to leave our house clean, the way they found it. Price was clearly explained ahead of time on the phone, then reaffirmed on-site before asking us for final okay to start the job. There was no hard-sell to add work beyond what was agreed to. Before and after photos were provided along with a clear explanation of findings. Got what we needed.

The DUCTZ team did an amazing job. They provided a VERY thorough cleaning of all of my ductwork and HVAC units, even down to the wires in the unit. They were ;professional, clean, and courteous in my home. I was worried that there would be dust or debris left after the cleaning, but they left no trace. I would 100% recommend DUCTZ to anyone in need of duct cleaning (and even those who didn't realize you need duct cleaning - it's much dirtier than you think back there). You'll be amazed at the results.

The technicians were very nice and addressed every concern I had. They gave me an exact price once they had seen my house and equipment. They did a great job for the price and also I was provided a final report with pictures. I would only recommend they cleanup after themselves as there was debris from some of the floor registers and ceiling vents on the floor throughout the house after they left which I had to vacuum up.

Scott came out and gave me an estimate on a Thursday, the following Monday Jamie and Kevin came out performed all the work. With my sons allergies and asthma I was worried about all the dust getting blown all over the house. However Scott assured me it would be fine and explained how they keep that from happening. They left my house very clean and did an AMAZING Job we could not be happier! Jamie and Kevin were professional and even answered questions my kids asked! And after all that work as they were leaving my kids lost their frisbee in a tree and scott Jamie and Kevin got it down for them. Great company & a great group of guys!

Absolutely recommend DUCTZ to friends and family. They unclogged the dryer vent up to the roof and made sure to eliminated the cause of the fast clogging in my dryer vent. They didn't have to do that. Very happy with the price and the service so we will definitely use the service again.
