"We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day. I called several companies, only to be told it would be a day or two before they could service our system. He determined it was a fan motor, and after a short trip to his office, had the new fan in hand. He also recommended replacement of a capacitor that he deemed to be on it's last leg. I'm in the Service Industry, and I have to admit I was impressed how stocked and organized his truck was.
