We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. We were extremely happy that they accommodated our needs, and they really did not a great job. Would definitely recommend!

"We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day. I called several companies, only to be told it would be a day or two before they could service our system. I was on the verge of sending everyone home, because the fans I purchased, just weren't doing the trick. Then, I called Paramount. Alan was at our offices within the hour. He determined it was a fan motor, and after a short trip to his office, had the new fan in hand. He also recommended replacement of a capacitor that he deemed to be on it's last leg. I figured he'd have to run to his shop again to get that, but he showed me a Full Stock of parts he had in his van. I'm in the Service Industry, and I have to admit I was impressed how stocked and organized his truck was. He cut into the ceiling, wrapped the pipes to prevent leaks, and replaced the drywall. You can hardly even tell that he had to cut the ceiling. It looks perfect.
