"I have nothing but kind words and gratefulness for this company. I am a senior citizen who lives alone. On 21 Jan (the day before) the snow storm, I awoke to no heat in the house (which is an old house). Got on Home Advisor hoping I could get immediate relief but realistically knowing what the odds were. "We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day. Alan stayed around for a short time afterwards, and gave me some tips on what to do to keep my AC unit running efficiently.
