Great. Friendly, professional office staff and the guys who came out were also thorough, efficient and explained in detail what they were doing. Checked in the basement to ensure there was no underlying cause of the leak, too.

Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the water back on quickly. They very thoroughly checked for leaks and that the water was flowing throughout the house after they reconnected everything, and also checked that all the gas appliances were working as well. Very easy to schedule an appointment and very friendly crew preforming the work.

I don't know the cost.

I had to be worked into the schedule because the part wasn't available on the day the technician initially visited. The following day an installer came to put the part in because all of the technicians were busy. He (Mark) was very personable and explained everything that had to be done. He worked very quickly and took time to show me what had broken on the original part. He cleaned up after he finished. This is a very good local company. I am personally aware of a situation where an elderly customer had to have an expensive job performed and she was told to pay what she could each month to pay off the bill. I highly recommend Warthen!

We came back from a vacation and noticed our AC unit was blowing lukewarm air. We called Warthen the next morning. They sent someone out that same day who got the system working again. Simple. Professional. Fixed.

My really old condenser would not start and I was really worried I would need a new one. A Warthen tech came out - on time - and easily diagnosed the problem. All I needed was a new part - equivalent to a car alternator - which was really inexpensive. He showed me defective part and explained its purpose. Pleasant surprise to find an HONEST and reputable company who does not try to up sell you.

Two technicians showed up on time and did a great job. Later that afternoon another tech showed up to lend a hand. Very pleased with the work.

My gas furnace would not ignite heading into a cold stretch. A regional franchise company sent out a technician who told me the furnace needed a part that was no longer available and that the only solution was to purchase a new furnace. Not only am I confident that my furnace received excellent services, I am also very pleased with the personal touch Warthen Fuel supplied.

Removed old gas fired furnace/boiler and plumbing. Installed new
furnace to include connections to radiator water lines, makeup
water, shutoff valves, pressure relief valves, expansion tank, 120VAC electrical
connection, low voltage controls, chimney flue and, gas shutoff service valve and connection to gas burners.

Very professional and experienced. My furnace was making noises and the technician tested, diagnosed, picked up the part and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. I will continue to use this company for my heating repairs. The company I had been using for the last 10 years is no longer doing heating repairs, and I had a very bad experience with another heating repair company in the interim, so I am very happy to find a responsible and honest company to provide heating service.

Since 1999, Warthen has done many projects and repairs for us. Everything from re-routing some duct work to replacing two furnaces (we have a duplex), two hot water heaters, installing a gas fire place. We have always gotten prompt, quality services from the individuals who answer the phone to person doing the work. Their bids have always been reasonable. They even came out two days before Christmas to install a gas fireplace with one day's notice.

They did a fine job. They did the whole job themselves. They didn't have anybody else come in to take the old furnace out. I would mention to friends and family that they are a local company and that they have been around for a long time. They are also going to install an oil tank and supply me with oil, so I would use them again. They were cheaper than one of the other quotes I got.

We have been very happy with them. Their prices are competitive and they are knowledgeable. They are good and we are much happier with them than with another company. The furnace cleaners are older guys with a lot of experience. We pay them monthly.

As always, excellent price, service, and quality of work. This is the third time I've used Warthen for windows, and I have one more window project planned for next year.
