We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. "We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day.
