The work was pretty good and efficient.

My HVAC air conditioning was not cooling my condo. The technician climbed a ladder to check my outdoor unit on the roof and noticed that the outdoor unit was not coming on. He discovered a loose wire and tightened it to fix the problem. He also checked the unit pressure and found that the charge was a little low. He added two pounds of refrigerant to charge up the system. Finally, he recommended using better filters and changing them more frequently. My HVAC air conditioning is now performing very efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the service received from SM Mechanical.

SRM did amazing work for me! Removed the old system and installed the new one in a few hours. They even went ahead and activated my warranty before leaving! The system has run beautifully this year and is much more efficient. Highly recommend - professional, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable.

They replaced the old A/C with a new Airtemp 20 Seer heat pump the system has been running 2 years without a problem. Utility bills are lower and we are happy.

Definitely recommend, quick honest repair

These guys were the best. They arrived on time and ready to work. I needed my Ac and gas furnace replaced, Their price was unbeatable and workmanship was outstanding. They were very knowledegeable and explained everything about the new system. They removed the entire system and replaced everything in less than 4 hours. It was a little involved as we have a hudmidifier attached to the system and the entire house is connected to a backup generator. Not a problem for these guys. Additionally they gave us a great warranty and stand behind their work. If you are reading this review and need work complete do not hesitate to call SRM. You'll be glad you did.
