After a few months and one rambunctious kitten, we had some loose threads along the seam and called to have this repaired...well, then COVID hit and we cancelled the appointment and kind of forgot about the whole thing. I mentioned that we would also (finally!) like that seam repaired, and they ended up doing this free of charge without even a second thought about it!
