"I recently had an egress window installed in my home by JDS Home Improvement. I purchased the Rockwell Egress Window. This window brings in a lot of natural light and it's just beautiful! Jordan Jones put a hanger inside the cover of the window so I could hang a plant. Jordan,Joshua Jones and all of the work crew were very professional and kind. The quality of the work is superb. I even had a custom closet made that l am very pleased with. The installation of the window was completed in a few days. The staff cleaned up well. Due to the heavy equipment used,part of my lawn was affected. JDS planted grass seed and the grass has already sprouted in just a few days. If it were not for Jordan, this project would not have been possible. It is without reservation that I highly recommend JDS Home Improvement. "They were very responsive and super friendly. They showed up when they said they would and started the work right away. I needed a ramp built for my dog because he couldn't handle the steps anymore. They understood the urgency of this and immediately began working on it. When it was almost completed i had to change it mid stream because I misjudged the ramp incline. They didn't have any problem with my last minute change, and they immediately tore out the ramp and built a new one without a single complaint. JLI Services, Inc took on our project not knowing what was under the overgrown ivy. Once all the ivy was removed, they built the 100 ft long staggered retaining wall, used the proper drainage for the height of the wall, back filled, and then added top soil with grading to connect to our existing yard. As a bonus, they laid grass seed and covered with hay. Through this process, we gained an additional 3 1/2 feet of yard that we never knew we had because of the ivy overgrowth. We added to their scope of work, and they were able to meet our needs each time. The job was completed on schedule and done on budget. The workers were friendly and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up everyday, which was important since we have dogs. Several neighbors and even the inspector commented on the quality of the work.

"Travis and Chris were a delightful team, arriving on time, staying with the job, and completing work as promised.  Even though I was at work during most of the job, Travis communicated routinely on email regarding status of the job. Also, Travis and Chris were careful not to recoat the deck during two days when rain threatened, and it did rain. I was surprised on how much sanding and prep work was accomplished before they applied the stain, but every home handyman knows 60-80 percent of the time associated with any repair or maintenance is in the preparation.  Three coats of stain were applied and work was completed on a Saturday, as Travis wanted to take advantage of good weather before the threat of rain came back into the forecast.  In addition deck re-coating, Travis repaired several spots on the underneath patio at minimal cost.  The price of the job was extremely fair - 50% paid before the work started and the balance after completion.  We would not hesitate to call on Graham Restoration for future work.
