They were professional and knowledgeable about their product. They were the only contractor to pull out a ladder and go up on my roof to see what was actually going on and shared with us that we had storm damage. The only one!!! Everyone were awesome to work with. Scott (initial contact), Brian Bentz (project mgr), and Jamie (job foreman) - they were all great. We had the most contact with Brian and he keep us in the loop through the entire process as well doing the leg work (follow ups) to the insurance adjuster and the HOA with regards to approvals. "Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "We had a really good experience with Roofing Pups. Their rep Alex was great to work with, and the roofing crew that came to our house did a good job and cleaned up afterward. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work. The Roofing Pups employee in charge of this job (also named Alex) noticed that the color of the new gutters didnt match our house, and made a point of checking it with us before getting started. We really appreciated this as the new gutters would have clashed with the color of our siding! Everyone with the company was great about making the change, ordering new parts and rescheduling the job. We were very impressed with their service and professionalism.
