First, they offered to help me troubleshoot, and they gave me some great tips that allowed me to try and fix the problem myself before they made a service call. As a not-so-handy guy, I realized that I needed the pros, so I requested on-site help. They immediately offered to come over on the day and time most convenient for me, and they spent time with me walking through the pros/cons of different HVAC options. "We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day.
