"Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. We had to completely gut the bathroom, replace framing, subflooring, etc. We worked with Francisco picking everything out (tile, vanity, tub, toilet, mirror, lighting, etc). I also very much enjoyed the flexibility of using my credit card to purchase items, it made it easier to track everything.
